We’re on the lookout for a qualified mechanic, or a motivated 3rd or 4th year apprentice, to join our team. This full time gig comes with a 4-day work week and a 3-day weekend - every week.

Full-Time Parts Interpreter

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Parts Interpreter to provide outstanding customer service, accurately manage stock control, and interpret parts for both workshop technicians and retail customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow up on enquiries promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with enquiries.
Interpret and source parts accurately for workshop technicians and retail customers.
Maintain accurate stock control and inventory records.
Be computer literate and able to navigate multiple parts catalogues efficiently.
Work collaboratively in a team environment while demonstrating reliability and trustworthiness.
Ensure prompt follow-up on customer enquiries.
